# XiaSha Precision: Plans to subscribe to an investment fund of 30 million yuan

XiaSha Precision announced that the company has signed a partnership agreement with Huaxia Equity, Jiantou Huake, Ma Hongyan, and Wang Meng to jointly invest in the Huaxia Zhuozhi Venture Capital Fund Partnership. The total subscribed capital of the partnership is 85.5 million yuan, of which the company, as a limited partner, intends to subscribe for 30 million yuan, accounting for 35.09%. The fund primarily invests in unlisted companies in the fields of robotics, artificial intelligence, next-generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing, and new productive forces. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, the company does not have control, operates independently, and is not included in the consolidated financial statements
