# Kingee Culture Development Transfers Two Subsidiaries to Another Subsidiary

(MT Newswires) -- Beijing Kingee Culture Development (SHE:002721) planned to transfer its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Zhejiang Yuewang Jewelry and Jiangsu Haijin Yingtai Culture Development, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.

The Chinese gold and jewelry company's shares dropped over 2% at the close of Thursday.

The subsidiaries will be transferred to another subsidiary, Beijing Yuewang Culture.

The planned transfer, which was proposed in December 2024, has no cash payment involved.
