According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIT (003029.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanghai Yunxin Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Yunxin") plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.652 million shares in total from October 21, 2025, to January 20, 2026, which does not exceed 3% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account
