CIMC VEHICLES announced that shareholders Shanghai Taifu and Taizhou Taifu will reduce their holdings by a total of 24.8935 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from July 4 to September 17, 2025, representing a reduction ratio of 1.328272%; among them, 18.7412 million shares were reduced through bidding at a price of 9.06 yuan/share to 9.45 yuan/share, and 6.1522 million shares were reduced through block trading at a price of 8.44 yuan/share to 8.5 yuan/share. After the reduction, the total shareholding is 93.7061 million shares, accounting for 4.999995% of the total share capital, which is below 5%
