# Citic Guoan's subsidiary Shijingcheng plans to list and transfer some assets located in Shanghai

According to the announcement from Guoan Co., Ltd. (000839.SZ), its wholly-owned subsidiary Shijingcheng Communication (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shijingcheng") intends to publicly transfer six properties and underground parking spaces located in the Huaxia Bank Building in Shanghai. Shijingcheng plans to publicly list the target assets on the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange with a listing price of no less than 18.1698 million yuan, and may adjust the price down by no more than 10% based on market conditions. If the transaction still cannot be completed and the plan to continue selling is in place, it will re-fulfill the relevant approval procedures before execution
