# HATCHER GROUP terminates the subscription of convertible bonds under special authorization

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HATCHER GROUP (08365) announced that on September 15, 2025 (after trading hours), the company entered into a settlement agreement with the convertible bond subscribers, who agreed to accept HKD 6.3788 million as the settlement amount for the convertible bonds. After receiving the full settlement amount from the company, the parties agreed that all rights and obligations related to the convertible bond subscription will be terminated.

The board believes that the termination of the convertible bond subscription agreement will not have a significant adverse impact on the group's existing business operations and financial condition
