According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TANSUN (300872.SZ) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of no more than 4.34648 million restricted shares to 37 incentive recipients, with a grant price of 12.08 yuan per share. The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of granting the restricted shares until the date when all granted restricted shares vest or become invalid, not exceeding 36 months
