# Capitalonline: Tianyang Hongye plans to acquire 5.02% of the company's shares

According to the announcement from Capitalonline (300846.SZ), the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Qu Ning, along with the company's shareholder Nanjing Yunzhituo Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Nanjing Yunzhituo"), intends to transfer a total of 25,207,570 unrestricted circulating shares of the company to Tianyang Hongye Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianyang Hongye") through a negotiated transfer. This represents 5.02% of the company's total share capital, with a transfer price of 17.6 yuan per share.

Upon completion of the transfer, Tianyang Hongye will hold 25,207,570 shares of the company, accounting for 5.02% of the company's total share capital, and will become a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company
