The scale of the underlying stocks involved in this employee stock ownership plan will not exceed 1.887375 million shares, accounting for 0.18% of the company's total share capital. The transfer price for the shares held by the company's repurchase special securities account under the employee stock ownership plan is 6.49 yuan/share.
