# IRC completes the sale of 46% equity in its joint venture

According to the announcement from Iron Commodity (01029), it has sold a 46% stake in Heilongjiang Jianlong Vanadium Industry Co., Ltd. (joint venture) based on the equity transfer agreement.

It is reported that all prerequisites and all government registration and filing procedures required for the transfer of the 46% stake in the joint venture in China have been completed, and the group received approximately RMB 32.2 million (equivalent to about USD 4.5 million) for the sale on September 17, 2025. Following the completion and as of the date of this announcement, the group no longer holds any interests in the joint venture
