# SPC: Plans to purchase liability insurance for the company's directors, supervisors, and senior management, with a compensation limit not exceeding 50 million yuan per year

SPC announced that the company intends to purchase liability insurance for the company and all directors, supervisors, and senior management, with a compensation limit not exceeding 50 million yuan per year, and a total premium not exceeding 150,000 yuan per year. The proposal has been reviewed and approved at the 21st meeting of the 6th Board of Directors and the 14th meeting of the 6th Supervisory Board, and it is submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for authorization of the management to handle related matters
