# Fortune Trend completes board of directors re-election, appoints executives and securities affairs representative

On September 18-19, 2025, Shenzhen Fortune Trend Technology Co., Ltd. completed a series of personnel changes. At the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and employee representatives held on the 18th, seven directors of the sixth board of directors were elected for a term of three years. At the first meeting of the sixth board of directors on the 19th, Huang Shan was elected as chairman and general manager, and various specialized committees were formed; Zhang Yonghong and Tian Jinen were appointed as deputy general managers, and Chen Dan was appointed as financial director, with a term consistent with that of the board of directors; Li Zhen was appointed as the securities affairs representative.
