In 2025, China General Nuclear Power Technology Development Co., Ltd. received a written resignation letter from Secretary of the Board Yang Xinchun. Due to work adjustments, Yang Xinchun applied to resign from the position of Secretary of the Board, and after resigning, he will no longer hold any position in the company. His resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors.
