On September 19, 2025, Shanghai Smith Adhesive New Material Co., Ltd. held a board meeting and decided to cancel 50,000 stock options that had been granted but not exercised for 2 incentive targets who no longer met the qualifications, and to repurchase and cancel 61,000 restricted shares that had been granted but not released from restrictions. After the repurchase and cancellation, the company's total share capital will decrease from 289,602,661 shares to 289,541,661 shares, and the registered capital will be reduced accordingly. According to relevant regulations, creditors may request debt repayment or provide guarantees within 30 days of receiving the notice, or within 45 days if no notice is received after the announcement is disclosed. The company has announced the materials required for debt claims and three methods for submission: on-site, by mail, and by email, with the submission period from September 20, 2025, to November 3, 2025
