# Pinming Technology plans to change control rights, and the stock will continue to be suspended for no more than 3 days

Starting from September 18, 2025, Pinming Technology will be suspended from trading due to planning significant matters that may lead to a change in the company's control. The suspension is expected to last no more than 2 trading days. As of the announcement date on September 20, the relevant work is still in progress, and the company expects that it will not be able to resume trading at the market opening on September 22. Given the significant uncertainty surrounding the matter, in order to ensure fair information disclosure and protect the interests of investors, the company has applied for its stock to continue to be suspended from trading starting from the market opening on September 22, with an expected continuation of the suspension for no more than 3 trading days.
