# HYP-ARCH provides guarantees for the financing of 15.61 million for its subsidiary and related progress announcement

Shanghai HYP-ARCH Architectural Design Co., Ltd. announced the progress of guarantees for its wholly-owned subsidiaries. In 2025, relevant meetings approved the company and its subsidiaries to provide a guarantee limit of no more than 1 billion yuan for their subordinate subsidiaries. Recently, the subsidiary Deyang Puli engaged in a direct lease financing leasing business of 15.61 million yuan with Suzhou Jinzu, with a term of 84 months. The company provided an irrevocable joint liability guarantee, and the subsidiary Deyang HOP pledged its 100% equity in Deyang Puli as collateral. As of the announcement date, the company and its subsidiaries have approved a guarantee limit of 1 billion yuan, with an actual guarantee balance of 93.51 million yuan, accounting for 21.68% of the audited consolidated net assets for 2024, with no overdue or other adverse guarantee situations
