\*ST SGT announced that the judicial auction of 3.8008 million unrestricted circulating shares held by its shareholder, Hengjiu Rongsheng, has been withdrawn. The auction was originally scheduled to take place from September 20 to 21, 2025. However, since Hengjiu Rongsheng has actively fulfilled part of its debt and is negotiating repayment of the remaining debt, the applicant has decided to withdraw the auction. This withdrawal will not affect the company's governance or daily production and operations
