# Zhewen Interactive's subsidiary completes industrial and commercial changes for asset acquisition and announces relevant information

On March 28, 2025, the 19th interim meeting of the 10th Board of Directors of Zhewen Interactive reviewed and approved the proposal for its subsidiary to purchase assets, agreeing that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhewen Technology would cash purchase 37.2692% equity of Xingchao Network and 73.9088% property share of Hangzhou Xinzhu. Recently, Xingchao Network and Hangzhou Xinzhu completed the industrial and commercial change registration, and the relevant equity was transferred to Zhewen Technology. The announcement also disclosed the business license information and equity structure of Xingchao Network and Hangzhou Xinzhu after the changes, with Xingchao Network having a registered capital of 10 million and Hangzhou Xinzhu having a contribution amount of 1 million
