# Beijing BCDC announces relevant matters for the fifth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025

To protect the rights and interests of investors and ensure the smooth convening of the shareholders' meeting, Beijing Shoudu Development Co., Ltd. announced the matters to be noted for this shareholders' meeting, such as preparing adequately, regulating the behavior of participants, and controlling speaking time. The fifth extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 2025 will be convened by the board of directors and will be held on September 26 at 2:00 PM in the conference room on the fourth floor of Shouka Plaza, Chaoyang District, Beijing, with online voting taking place on the same day. The equity registration date is September 19. The meeting will review a proposal for perpetual bond financing of no more than 3 billion yuan to the controlling shareholder Shouka Group, with an annual interest rate of 5-year LPR + 40BP. The controlling shareholder and its concerted parties will abstain from voting, and the proposal has been approved by the independent directors and the board of directors
