# Fujian South Highway Machinery redeemed idle fundraising financial management of 51.6 million yuan upon maturity, earning 193,500 yuan

Fujian South Highway Machinery Co., Ltd. announced that on June 19, 2025, the company used CNY 51.6 million of temporarily idle raised funds to purchase time deposit financial products at Quanzhou Bank, which were redeemed on September 19, recovering the principal of CNY 51.6 million and earning CNY 193,500. Both the principal and the earnings have been returned to the raised funds account. The company previously approved, under the condition of ensuring the construction of relevant projects and normal operations, to use no more than CNY 450 million of temporarily idle raised funds for cash management, with the period from the approval at the 2024 annual general meeting to the convening of the 2025 annual general meeting, and the funds can be used on a rolling basis. As of September 19, the unused cash management quota of raised funds was CNY 10.1 million, and there were no overdue recoveries
