# HY TECH GROUP's subsidiary secures guarantee from controlling shareholder for 200 million financing lease business

HY TECH GROUP's wholly-owned subsidiary Huajia Color has launched a financing lease business worth 200 million yuan with Tongda Leasing for a period of three years. The controlling shareholder, Fujian Electronic Information Group, provides joint liability guarantee and charges a guarantee fee at an annual rate not exceeding 1.5%. Recently, Huajia Color has received the financing funds. Tongda Leasing has total assets of 38.395 billion yuan, while Fujian Electronic Information Group has total assets exceeding 70 billion yuan. This transaction does not affect Huajia Color's equipment usage and enhances the financing capability of the company and its subsidiaries. From January to August 2025, the company's daily operational related transactions with Fujian Electronic Information Group and its affiliates reached 113 million yuan
