# New Vision's subsidiary New Vision Technology plans to increase its investment in Beidian Smart by 100 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, New Vision (688593.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai New Vision Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "New Vision Technology") plans to invest 100 million yuan (tentative) using its own funds to increase capital in Beijing Electronic Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beijing Smart"). Beijing Smart is a technology innovation AI company under Beijing Electric Control, focusing on originality, disruption, leadership, and driven by both technology and data. The company intends to strategically hold shares in high-quality enterprises in the AI field, build a bi-directional empowering industrial collaborative ecosystem, and cultivate and incubate more new technologies, new products, new businesses, and new models that align with market directions, creating more value for the company's business development and shareholders
