# CITIC: COHC elects Zhang Jian as chairman

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CITIC (00267) announced that Mr. Zhang Jian was elected as the chairman of the eighth board of directors of COHC (000099.SZ), with a term starting from the date of the board's approval until the end of the eighth board's term
