# HUAFU's controlling shareholder has completed the transfer of part of its shares

On September 19, 2025, Huafu Fashion Co., Ltd. announced that the transfer of part of the shares from its controlling shareholder Huafu Holdings to Xingjian Qinglong Fund has been completed, with the transfer date being September 18. On September 27, 2024, both parties signed the Share Transfer Agreement, in which Huafu Holdings intends to transfer 100,340,200 shares at a price of 3.42 yuan per share, totaling 343,163,484 yuan. After the transfer, Huafu Holdings' shareholding will decrease to 23.60%, while Xingjian Qinglong Fund will hold 5.90%, becoming the third largest shareholder, and has committed not to reduce its holdings within 12 months. This transfer is compliant, does not involve a tender offer, will not change the controlling shareholder or actual controller, and will not affect the company's operations
