Huitong Construction Group Co., Ltd. announced that due to the completion of the registration for the reserved grant portion of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, 886,000 new shares will be issued, and the conversion price of "Huitong Convertible Bonds" will be adjusted. The conversion price before the adjustment is RMB 8.07 per share, and after the adjustment, it will be RMB 8.06 per share. The adjustment implementation date is September 23, 2025. "Huitong Convertible Bonds" will be suspended for trading all day on September 22, 2025, and will resume conversion on September 23. This adjustment complies with the relevant provisions of the "Prospectus" and the new conversion price is calculated based on the formula for adjusting the newly issued shares
