J.Pond Tech announced that the original concerted action agreement signed by the actual controllers Xin Yunfeng, Yang Wei, and Yin Guanming will expire on September 20, 2025. Yin Guanming has decided not to renew the agreement, and the concerted action relationship among the three parties has been terminated. Xin Yunfeng and Yang Wei have re-signed a new concerted action agreement to continue their concerted action relationship. After the change, Xin Yunfeng and Yang Wei collectively hold 55.89% of the voting rights in the company, and the actual controllers have changed to Xin Yunfeng and Yang Wei.
