# COFOE's 2024 restricted stock incentive plan adjustment has received legal approval

Hunan Qiyuan Law Firm, entrusted by COFOE, issued a legal opinion on the adjustment of its 2024 restricted stock incentive plan. From March 2024 to September 2025, the company held multiple board and supervisory board meetings to review related proposals. As of the date of the legal opinion, necessary approvals and authorizations have been obtained. Due to the implementation of the 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, the company adjusted the grant price of the restricted stock, with the initial and reserved grant price adjusted from RMB 13.68 per share to RMB 13.10 per share. The grant price for the second category of restricted stock intended to vest in the first vesting period of the initial grant is also adjusted to RMB 13.10 per share. The lawyer believes that this adjustment complies with relevant laws and regulations as well as the provisions of the company's incentive plan draft
