# WZJT: The controlling shareholder has obtained a loan commitment letter from CITIC BANK for no more than 153 million yuan to increase its stake in the company

WZJT announced that its controlling shareholder, Guangxi Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd., has received a loan commitment letter issued by CITIC BANK Nanning Branch. CITIC BANK has committed to providing loan support for the shareholding increase of the Investment Group, with the loan amount not exceeding RMB 153 million. The Investment Group plans to increase its shareholding in the company through legal and compliant methods such as centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange within 12 months starting from September 15, 2025, with an intended increase amount of no less than RMB 85 million and no more than RMB 170 million
