The Wanchai serviced apartment Tai Chi Residence 138 (CHI 138) has been sold after years on the market, with data showing that the entire property has changed hands for a transaction price of HKD 550 million, with the final transaction date set for December 30 of this year.

The project is located at 138 Johnston Road, offering 107 units, with unit sizes ranging from approximately 290 to 2,400 square feet, including studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom duplexes, as well as a full-floor penthouse unit, and features its own clubhouse
