# Ziyan Foods: 344 million shares of the initial public offering restricted shares will be listed and circulated on September 26

Ziyan Foods announced that 343,938,075 shares of restricted stock from its initial public offering will be listed and traded on September 26, accounting for 83.17% of the total share capital, involving 12 shareholders. After the company went public in September 2022, it experienced changes in equity due to stock incentives and repurchases, and the current total share capital is 413,513,750 shares. All shareholders have made commitments regarding share lock-up and have strictly fulfilled them. The sponsor, Guangfa Securities, after verification, believes that the listing and trading of these restricted shares comply with relevant regulatory requirements and has no objections to this matter. After this listing, the number of restricted tradable shares will be reduced to 1,513,750 shares, while the number of unrestricted tradable shares will increase to 412,000,000 shares
