# DELTON participates in the establishment of a fund and completes the filing, reminding of investment risks

In 2025, Guangzhou DELTON Technology Co., Ltd. participated as a limited partner in the establishment of the Jiupai Hongtao Emerging Industry Venture Capital Fund Partnership with its own funds of 30 million yuan, accounting for 33.31% of the total subscribed capital. Relevant information was disclosed on July 23. Recently, this partnership has completed the private investment fund filing procedures with the Asset Management Association of China, and on September 17, it obtained the "Private Investment Fund Filing Certificate." The fund manager is Shenzhen Jiupai Capital Management Co., Ltd., and the custodian is Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., with a filing code of SBAG46.
