# A senior executive of OLYMPIC plans to reduce holdings by no more than 26,600 shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, OLYMPIC (603920.SH) has released a notice stating that the company's board secretary, Mr. Yin Jialiang, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 26,600 shares, which is no more than 0.0037% of the company's total share capital and no more than 25% of his total shareholdings, within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan (no share reduction is allowed during the window period)
