According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RYC (003010.SZ) announced that on September 19, 2025, the company submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the issuance of overseas listed shares (H shares) and for listing on the main board of the Stock Exchange. On the same day, the application materials for this issuance were published on the Stock Exchange's website
