# Waluer: Plans to apply for a 60 million yuan acquisition loan and pledge the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary

Waluer announced that the company plans to sign a "Merger Loan Borrowing Contract" and "Equity Pledge Contract" with the Beijing Branch of Xiamen International Bank, applying for a merger loan of no more than 60 million yuan to pay for the transaction price and expenses of acquiring the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Yitong Jiayue. At the same time, the controlling shareholders Li Zheng and Chen Kun will each provide a joint liability guarantee of no more than 60 million yuan. As of June 30, 2025, Waluer and its subsidiaries have net assets of 732 million yuan and 1.293 billion yuan, respectively, with net profits of 30.8688 million yuan and 66.7676 million yuan achieved in the first half of the year
