Fengzhushou announced that the company used self-raised funds to purchase 207 million shares of Guangdong Fengdang Technology Co., Ltd. held by Guangzhou Xiaodang Smart Technology Co., Ltd., accounting for 30% of Fengdang Technology's total share capital, with a total transaction amount of RMB 206 million. After the completion of this transaction, the company's equity in Fengdang Technology will increase from 483 million shares to 690 million shares, with the proportion of total share capital rising from 70% to 100%. Fengdang Technology will change from a subsidiary controlled by the company to a wholly-owned subsidiary
