# KO YO GROUP appoints Fan Chao as CEO and authorized representative

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KO YO GROUP (00827) announced that Shi Jianmin has resigned as executive director and group CEO to devote more time to his personal affairs, effective September 19, 2025.

On the same day, executive director Fan Chao has been appointed to replace Shi Jianmin as CEO and authorized representative
