# I-TEK plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, I-TEK (688610.SH) has released a draft of its 2025 employee stock ownership plan. The total amount of funds raised in this employee stock ownership plan will not exceed RMB 50.572713 million, with each subscription unit being "share" at RMB 1 per share. The maximum number of shares in the stock ownership plan is 50.572713 million shares, and the final amount of funds raised will be based on the actual total amount raised. The scale of the underlying stocks involved in the stock ownership plan will not exceed 1.435094 million shares, accounting for approximately 2.11% of the company's current total share capital.

The duration of the stock ownership plan is 60 months, starting from the date when this employee stock ownership plan draft is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the company announces the transfer of the last underlying stock to the name of this employee stock ownership plan. The lock-up period for the underlying stocks obtained from this employee stock ownership plan is 12 months
