# JUEWEI FOOD is subject to other risk warnings and will be suspended for trading for one day on September 22

According to the announcement from JUEWEI FOOD (603517.SH), the company received a "Pre-Notice" issued by the Hunan Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on September 19, 2025. Based on the contents stated in the "Pre-Notice," according to Article 9.8.1 of the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (Revised in April 2025)," "If a listed company has any of the following circumstances, the Exchange will implement other risk warnings for its stock: (7) According to the facts stated in the administrative penalty pre-notice issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the financial indicators disclosed in the company's annual report contain false records, but do not touch upon the circumstances specified in the first paragraph of Article 9.5.2 of these rules, the aforementioned financial indicators include operating income, total profit, net profit, and asset or liability items in the balance sheet," the company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings.

According to Article 9.8.2 of the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (Revised in April 2025)" and other relevant regulations, the company's stock will be suspended for one day on September 22, 2025, and will implement other risk warnings starting from September 23, 2025. After the implementation of other risk warnings, the company's stock will trade on the risk warning board, with a daily price fluctuation limit of 5%
