Astro-century Education Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Xinjiang Zhihong Education Investment Co., Ltd., has undergone changes in its equity structure and completed industrial and commercial registration. Ms. Lü Baogui transferred her 34.0909% equity in Zhihong Education to Mr. Ren Zhihong, who now holds 100% of the shares, and the two are mother and son. After this change, the combined shareholding ratio of Zhihong Education and its concerted parties in the company remains unchanged, with Zhihong Education still being the controlling shareholder and Mr. Ren Zhihong remaining the actual controller, which does not affect the company's governance, operations, or independence, nor does it harm the interests of shareholders.
