# Cangzhou Mingzhu: Junyue Rixin No. 17 reduced its holdings by 1.00%

Cangzhou Mingzhu announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Hangzhou Zhongda Junyue Investment Co., Ltd. - Junyue Rixin No. 17 Private Securities Investment Fund, will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by 16.6465 million shares through centralized bidding from August 29, 2025, to September 18, 2025, at an average reduction price of 4.11 yuan/share, accounting for 1.0000% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account; after this reduction, it holds 66.9884 million shares, accounting for 4.0242%, and the reduction plan has been completed
