# COMPLANT: Zhongji Import and Export's shareholding in COMPLANT Group increases to 42.12%

COMPLANT announced that its controlling shareholder, COMPLANT Group, will transfer 134 million shares of the company it holds to Zhongji Import and Export free of charge. At the same time, Zhongji Import and Export will acquire 13.5356 million shares of COMPLANT held by COMPLANT Group. After the completion of the share transfer, Zhongji Import and Export will hold 148 million shares of the company, accounting for 42.12% of the company's total share capital
