CHINA REFORM HEALTH announced that from September 17, 2025, to September 19, 2025, it cumulatively increased its holdings by 7.6813 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.78% of the company's total share capital, with a transaction amount of 81.1461 million yuan; after the increase, its holdings reached 31.8053 million shares, accounting for 3.24%. China Oceanwide and its concerted parties collectively hold 268 million shares, accounting for 27.26%.
