According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, iSoftStone (301236.SZ) announced that Mr. Liu Tianwen, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, along with his concerted party Xiong'an Ruanshi Zhihua Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), plans to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 19.0588 million shares, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, through a combination of centralized bidding and block trading
