# JIADING INTL GP: Mou Zhongwei resigns as executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIADING INTL GP (08153) announced that Mr. Mou Zhongwei has resigned as an executive director, effective from the conclusion of the shareholders' annual general meeting. Mr. Mou will also no longer serve as the chairman of the company's board of directors and the chairman of the nomination committee.

Effective the same day, Mr. Shan Haoquan (currently an independent non-executive director) has been appointed as the chairman of the company's nomination committee.

In addition, the share consolidation will take effect from September 23, 2025
