Wanlistone: The shares of the controlling shareholder and actual controller have been judicially frozen

Wanlistone announced that the shares held by the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Hu Jingpei, have been judicially frozen. Specifically, this includes: 14.835 million shares, accounting for 52.92% of his holdings and 6.55% of the company's total share capital; 13.2 million shares, accounting for 47.08% of his holdings and 5.82% of the company's total share capital. In addition, 28.035 million shares are pledged shares, accounting for 100% of his holdings. As of the announcement date, Hu Jingpei and his concerted party, Xiamen HaFu Mining Co., Ltd., collectively hold 53.8496 million shares, with a total of 28.035 million shares frozen, accounting for 12.37% of the company's total share capital.
