# FUDAN FORWARD is subject to other risk warnings and will be suspended for 1 day on September 22

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, FUDAN FORWARD (600624.SH) announced that on September 19, 2025, it received the "Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty" (Shanghai Securities Regulatory Commission Penalty Document \[2025\] No. 29) issued by the Shanghai Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Based on the content stated in the "Advance Notice," according to Article 9.8.1 of the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (Revised in April 2025)," "If a listed company has any of the following circumstances, the Exchange will implement other risk warnings for its stock: (7) According to the facts stated in the advance notice of administrative penalty from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the financial indicators disclosed in the company's annual report contain false records, but do not touch upon the circumstances specified in the first paragraph of Article 9.5.2 of this rule, the aforementioned financial indicators include operating income, total profit, net profit, and asset or liability items in the balance sheet," the company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings.

According to Articles 9.8.1 and 9.8.2 of the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (Revised in April 2025)" and other relevant regulations, the company's stock will be suspended for one day on September 22, 2025, and will implement other risk warnings starting from September 23, 2025. After the implementation of other risk warnings, the daily price fluctuation limit for the stock will be 5%.
