# CAPITAL IND FIN has signed a master procurement agreement for EMC and a master procurement agreement for steel with Shougang Group

According to the announcement from Shouhui Industrial Finance (00730), on September 19, 2025, the company and Shougang have entered into a total EMC procurement agreement, which will be effective for three years from the effective date of the EMC procurement agreement. Accordingly, the group has agreed to supply EMC products as per the terms and conditions of the EMC procurement agreement, and Shougang Group has agreed to purchase these products.
