# The controlling shareholder of COMIX GROUP intends to transfer 5% of the company's shares held by it to Cai Xiaoling

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, COMIX GROUP (002301.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Qixin Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qixin Holdings"), signed a Share Transfer Agreement with Ms. Cai Xiaoling on September 19, 2025, intending to transfer 36.07 million unrestricted circulating shares, accounting for 5.00% of the company's total share capital, at a price of 6.13 yuan per share, through a negotiated transfer to Ms. Cai Xiaoling
