# DADI INTL GROUP: Application for GEM Listing Review Committee to Review Suspension Decision

According to the announcement from DADI INTL GROUP (08130), the GEM Listing Committee believes that the company has failed to maintain sufficient operational levels and has adequate asset value to support its operations as required by GEM Listing Rule 17.26, and therefore decided to uphold the decision of the Stock Exchange's Listing Division to suspend the trading of the company's shares in accordance with GEM Listing Rule 9.04(3). The company has submitted an application on September 19, 2025, requesting the GEM Listing Review Committee to review this decision
