# HMD: Jing Shiping and others reduced their holdings by 1% of shares

HMD announced that the controlling shareholder Jing Shiping and concerted actors Jing Jingping, Xia Chen, and Jing Jiang will cumulatively reduce their holdings by 2.5561 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from August 1, 2025, to September 18, 2025, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital; Xia Chen mistakenly increased his holdings by 1,400 shares on August 28, 2025, accounting for 0.0005% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, the combined shareholding ratio of the aforementioned shareholders will decrease from 36% to 35%, reaching the integer multiples of 1% and 5%
